Tony has worked for Lucozade Ribena Suntory Ltd for 37 years, starting as an apprentice in R&D developing the company's products, before moving into the R&D Pilot Plant. The Pilot Plant was the beginning of Tony's process & mechanical engineering journey. In 2001 the role roles came when the company installed its first Aseptic bottling line, this lead to various roles in production. Throughout the focus has been on staff development and technical training. in 2017 the company created the role to Technical Development Manager to focus on technical skills.
