Mark is PurpleSector's Manufacturing Technology Director. A Manufacturing Engineer with 20 years’ experience in high value manufacturing industries and having built a career in Research and Development. Mark’s previous role was at the Manufacturing Technology Centre in Coventry, where he was Chief Engineer for Technology strategy, having worked there since its inception in 2011. Mark previously worked at Rolls-Royce and Atkins on projects in aerospace, nuclear and fuel cells. Mark is proud to be a Chartered Engineer and a Fellow of the IET, also sitting on the IMechE Manufacturing Industry Division board, with a personal goal of ensuring that we make more great products in the UK. Mark is passionate about technology transfer to reduce time, cost, and risk and helping our partners push the boundaries of Manufacturing Technology.
