John has run MCP Technical Training since 2004, working with customers like Heineken, CBRE, Ocado, JLR, Bentley and AstraZeneca. He started his working life as an apprentice at British Rail Engineering Ltd in Derby. The main services are multi-skilling, maintenance development centres and technical operator training. Multi-skilling is electrical, mechanical and instrumentation skills training for technicians. A maintenance development centre is a battery of practical skills assessments to find out what the training needs of the individuals and teams are. Technical operator training enables machine operators to carry out high frequency, low risk maintenance tasks on his/her production line. Our mission is to improve the skills and lives of the people we train, the profitability of our customers and the productivity of UK PLC.
