For more than a decade, my focus has been on working with my customers to uncover and solve the challenges that are holding them back from achieving their goals, using software solutions. With a background in process engineering, I know firsthand the challenges involved when trying to optimise your maintenance schedule and spend, for example. Having the opportunity to work with customers to unlock the trapped value within the vast amounts of data they collect is rewarding as it places me in a variety of situations, where I’m able to learn and take the benefit of that knowledge to other situations.
