Rebecca joined EngineeringUK as Director of Business Development & Partnerships in February 2023 and leads the organisation’s work with industry to enable more young people from all backgrounds to be informed, inspired and progress into engineering and technology.

For more than a decade, Rebecca has built partnerships between the private sector and non-for-profit organisations to meet a societal need. Increasing the number and diversity of young people entering engineering and technology careers is essential for UK economic prosperity, equality of opportunity, and achievement of sustainability and net zero goals. EngineeringUK cannot achieve their mission alone, but by building holistic partnerships with likeminded organisations, we can shift the dial on ensuring young people, and the UK, have everything needed to thrive.
