Celia Charlwood
Celia is the Head of Government Affairs at Make UK, representing and championing manufacturing in the UK and supporting businesses around the country. She manages the organisation’s government engagement work, raising the profile of manufacturing and ensuring that the views of Make UK’s members are heard by the Government and wider policy makers.
Celia has worked at Make UK since 2014. Previous to working at Make UK, Celia worked as an External Affairs Adviser at IPSE - the association of Independent Professionals and the Self-Employed. She has also worked previously for a small investment firm in New York as part of the Mountbatten Internship Programme and in a public affairs agency.
