Despite surging to a remarkable £224 billion in output, based on 2023 figures, the UK has advanced from 9th to 8th place in the global manufacturing rankings, solidifying its position as a key player in manufacturing. However, it has its challenges, as with many other industries, the manufacturing sector is struggling to fill over 60,000 vacant positions. The BFPA is working with its member to help overcome this significant challenge.

In this session we will look at what the British Fluid Power Association is all about, how it is helping its members engage with their customers and educational centres, starting to create curiosity, offer opportunity, and join the world of fluid power.
