Top Hex is an electronic design company with an in-house manufacturing capability. This offers our clients a complete design, production and mechanical assembly advantage. 2022 marks our 20th anniversary, and to showcase our expertise we are sharing customer success stories.
We often get asked about the colourful characters which adorn our website and vans - these represent typical Top Hex customers. One character is Jas, though fictitious, any resemblance to real life success stories is purely deliberate! We helped Jas, a Project Manager at a large manufacturing group, with certification and production line efficiencies.
Jas works for a manufacturer whose clean room products are depended upon by pharmaceutical/medical and laboratory clients around the world.
The company has recently streamlined production of a new range of products but needed help achieving UKCA and EMC certification as well as finding a supplier which was flexible enough to meet changes in their demands.
Top Hex worked with Jas' team to develop an electronic design that met the specification and passed testing with flying colours. Our agile production and assembly can efficiently keep pace with the dynamic needs of their production line.
Product Development and certification is now expedited, helping decrease time to market. Production at Jas' company is now also highly efficient, being able to fulfil customer's requirements extremely quickly.
