For the last 10 years SCR Air has sold energy efficient air compressors. Designed in Japan, for the Asian market, these compressors have typically delivered 23% energy savings. With over 160,000 of them in use, they have also proven extremely reliable, allowing extended warranties up to 7 years.

Since coming to the UK SCR Air’s focus has been on energy efficient air compressors, on short leads times, at competitive prices. They have always delivered very short lead times on compressors and their parts. However, the year on year growth in machine and parts sales has led to a shortage of space for stock. So as part of their 10 year anniversary they are moving to a unique new facility in the rolling hills of Worcestershire. With 5,600 sqft of warehousing there will be enough space to test and delivery any compressor up to 75kW from UK stock. It will also mean all the supporting parts will be on similar leads times.

A unique, centuries old, hop barn has been converted into offices and a training centre. This will mean regular training courses can be offered to end users and support agents. These will include basic compressed air principles right through to technical training on the various compressors available.
